Week 3: The problem of "Tom and Jerry" being less creative in their recent series   Maybe some people does not recognize the president of USA, but one thing we can sure is they will know what is "Tom and Jerry". From this sentence, we can know that how popular is Tom and Jerry. Tom and Jerry is a hilarious cartoon series that has been running since the 1940s. This cartoon is general audiences all ages admitted, this is one of the reason why this cartoon become very popular. Besides, Tom and Jerry had won seven Oscar award and thirteen nomination. Nowadays, Tom and Jerry only do simple and normal story for audience especially "The Tom and Jerry Show" in 2014 comparing to the old Tom and Jerry.   Week 2: Waiting elevator for too long time in UTAR University of Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) is one of the famous and affordable university in Malaysia. With this kind of good reputation, UTAR had won the hearts of many students especially for some students who not so rich. As the increasing of students, the elevator needs is become higher. So, in every morning, there will be a lot of students stand in front of elevator, it will waste a lot of time because they have to wait in a long line. Maybe the students can choose to climb stairs to get in the class and that's true if they only need to climb for one floor or two floor. But, if their class is on sixth floor or seventh floor since UTAR building have ten floor, it is not wise for them to climb up a lot of stairs as we know that climb stairs will might hurt the knee and back.  Long working hours in Malaysia In the society of Malaysia, a six day work week is become common for each person. A six day work week is mean the employee need to work from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on every Monday to Friday while on Saturday the employee need to work for 5 hours. So, the total of working hours in one week will be 45 hours. For this situation, most of the employee in Malaysia only have one day rest which is Sunday to relax their mind. In 2017, Malaysia in the fourth place in the average annual labor hours per worker with a total 2,238.27 working hours.  If the situation of long working hours is still continue after 10 years or above will might be cause the low production efficiency. This is because the employees don't have enough time to rest. Everyday when they back home after they get off from their job, they having their dinner, bathing, do some prepare for tomorrow, probably playing phone for a while and then they heading to the bed and sleep. After they wake up t
